General Terms and Conditions: These group tours are priced on the basis of 30 or more travelers participating. A $200 per person deposit will be due with guest names 90 days in advance of departure. Final payment and rooming list will be due 50 days prior to arrival date. Once deposit is received, cancellation of the entire group may be subject to substantial penalty, although we will make every effort to retrieve monies from suppliers where possible. Individual cancellations made within 50 to 30 days will incur a $100 cancellation penalty, individual cancellations received within 30 to 8 days will incur a 25% cancellation penalty, and individual cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be non-refundable.

We include gratuities to the tour director, motorcoach driver and step-on guides.
