LAND TERMS:

AIR/RAIL
Names for air/rail must be submitted as they appear on their government-issued identification. The group must originate from the same gateway to receive the airfare/railfare listed on page one. Individual deviation requests will be accepted after approval of airlines/rail carrier. Additional charges may apply for deviations. Please advise all deviations in writing as soon as possible. Any name changes after air/rail has been ticketed will incur a $100 fee per change. Schedules are subject to change at the discretion of the airline or rail carrier. Group airfares require 10 or more persons and group rail fares require 20 or more persons.
Most air can be cancelled up to 90 days prior for a full refund except American Airlines that has a $10 per seat penalty. Rail can be cancelled up to 60 days prior for a full refund. In the event of air or rail cancellation, please allow 4 – 8 weeks for refund of deposit.

PLEASE SUBMIT AIR/RAIL SCHEDULE IMMEDIATELY if not purchased through Flemming Tours.

PASSPORTS
Any travel outside of the United States requires a Passport for re-entry. Most countries require a U.S. Passport be valid at least six months after tour/cruise completion.

FUEL SURCHARGES/GOVERNMENT FEES/TAXES/NCF
Please note that any future fuel surcharges, added taxes or additional air charges are subject to change and can be added prior to final document delivery. No documents will be delivered until all charges are paid in full. Regretfully additional fees are dictated by the air carrier/transportation company and as such are beyond the control of Flemming Tours.

INCLUSIONS
Pricing is based on double occupancy and a complimentary shared twin space is calculated based on every 15 paying passengers.
Flemming offers a “unique” no tipping policy on all U.S. and Canada land tours, unless otherwise stated for a Super Value Tour.

GUARANTEED DEPARTURE: If you have purchased a guaranteed departure, there are no minimum numbers required. However, flemming tours has the right to add passengers to this particular departure date to fill the tour. Please turn in names as reservations and deposits are received.

EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE COACH (Guaranteed or Custom Departures): If you have purchased a Guaranteed Departure, but would like to make the departure exclusive to your group, the tour requires a minimum 30 paying passengers to operate. For less than 30 paying passengers, the tour cost will be pro-rated or the tour will be cancelled. Some exclusive tours may require a group deposit.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
Cancellations received after the final payment date are covered if insurance is purchased and cancellation is for a covered medical reason. For cancellations received outside of final payment deadline and before receipt of final payment there will be no penalty for individual cancellations or group cancellations.
For cancellations within 50 days of departure the following per person cancellation penalties apply:
50-30 days before departure: 25% of land plus airline/rail ticket penalties/non-refundable admissions
29- 8 days before departure: 50% of land plus airline/rail ticket penalties
7 days to departure date: 100% of land plus airline/rail ticket penalties
Flemming Tours promotes and sells tours and cruises operated by outside companies, i.e. Carnival Cruise Line, Premier Alaska Tours, Main Street Tours, etc. Any tour or cruise which we promote/sell that is operated by other companies will have different cancellation conditions than those stated above; for those particular tours or cruises the rules of cancellation of the company operating the tour or cruise would apply.

TRIP CANCELLATION AND INTERRUPTION INSURANCE
We strongly recommend each participant purchase cancellation insurance. For an additional per person fee, Flemming Tours can provide insurance at an additional charge. Insurance must be provided to the entire group. Please note that the cost of the insurance premium is non-refundable upon receipt of final payment – at which time insurance protection commences. Pre-existing conditions are covered, provided you are not disabled from travel at the time you pay your deposit. See insurance certificate for further information.

Please note: Trip cancellation and interruption insurance will only insure a refund, less insurance premium, of all tour components purchased through Flemming Tours. Additional trip cancellation and interruption insurance can be purchased at an additional fee for tour components not provided by or from Flemming Tours, i.e. airfare, home city transfers, upcharges, etc. Premium for additional insurance is also non-refundable.

 CRUISE TERMS:

RESERVATIONS (General Reservation Information)
All participant names must be submitted as they appear on Passport (Passports required) that will be used at check-in for both air and cruise line. Some cruise lines, which include Royal Caribbean Cruise Line and Celebrity Cruises, will no longer accept full cabin name replacements after Initial Deposit Date. Any new names received after Initial Deposit Date will be added (upon availability) and at existing tariff. Any name corrections submitted after final payment will result in significant financial penalties imposed by cruise line or cruise line can choose to deny name change resulting in passengers inability to travel. If your group does not reach a minimum number of cabins, the cruise line may not be willing to give any complimentaries.

CRUISE ALLOTMENTS/LAND TOUR
All cruise lines reserve the right to recall unsold/unused as their sales necessitate.

AIR/RAIL/TRANSPORTATION
This tour must originate from the same gateway to receive the airfare which is included in confirmed pricing. Additional gateways are available and pricing for these gateways are at the discretion of the cruise line. Deviations, i.e. specific airline or departure time and date requests will be at an additional charge and will only be accepted upon approval of the airline or rail carrier. All deviations must be requested as soon as possible but no later than 14 days prior to final payment. Once a deviation is accepted by client, additional costs become non-refundable for any reason. Any changes to confirmed reservations are subject to approval of air and/or cruise line and will generally incur an additional fee. All airline or rail carrier schedules consist of existing service and are at the sole discretion of said carrier. Please note that flights from most departure cities can commence as early as 5:00AM – but most will fall between 6-8:00AM.

CANCELLATIONS/ REFUNDS
Policy varies by cruise line. Please refer to the terms and conditions in the brochure.

INCLUSIONS/DEPOSITS
One complimentary twin cabin fare only will be provided for every 9 full fare, paid passengers (10th free). The complimentary fare consists of one berth (shared twin) and all other group inclusions. Although the cruise lines require full deposit for all passenger names reserved (achieved complimentaries included), Flemming Tours will NOT require deposit for the 1st two complimentaries achieved, but will require full deposit for any subsequent complimentaries achieved. As a general rule, cruise lines are requiring a per cabin deposit, single cabin reservations will incur a deposit that is twice the amount required for a double/twin cabin reservation. Also as a general rule, cruise lines will offer achieved complimentaries in the category with the most sales.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

   This program is operated by flemming tours inc., St Louis, MO , which acts only as an agent at the request of travelers in arrangement of transportation, accommodations, meals, sightseeing, entertainment, and other services specified.  

   flemming tours assume no liability for any accident, loss, delay, injury, or damage to any tour participant or their property that may result from any act or non-performance on the part of any establishment, contractor, or employee thereof, with whom arrangements have been made to provide package components or services.  flemming tours reserves the right to revise the itinerary, substitute comparable accommodations and other inclusions, cancel a tour due to insufficient participation, or terminate the participation of a tour member at any time, should circumstances so necessitate.

   All itineraries are subject to change.  Every attempt will be made to include all sites mentioned within the itinerary.  At times, circumstances beyond our control such as lines, traffic, closures, weather and late arrivals can severely restrict timing and cause items to be excluded.

    Any special requests or deviations to departure and/or return flights, itineraries, or other aspects of this tour must be requested in writing and received by flemming tours prior to the final payment date.  Please be advised that while flemming tours will do its best to try to meet all requests, they cannot be guaranteed.  You will be advised should there be any additional cost.
